These Terms govern your use of snrg.me and the services provided by SNRG Consulting, Inc. ("SNRG", "we", "us"). By using our site, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
SNRG builds and operates marketing, lead capture, automation, and communication systems for businesses. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are set out in a separate proposal or agreement between you and SNRG.
Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt to access it without authorization, or use it to send unsolicited messages. Content on the site is owned by SNRG or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
SMS messaging program terms
SNRG Consulting, Inc. sends two kinds of texts. The terms below apply to both.
Inquiry and service texts. You join this SNRG Consulting, Inc. SMS program only by entering your mobile number and selecting the separate, optional, initially unchecked SMS checkbox on our Map My Business form. Providing a number, calling us, submitting a form, or agreeing to these Terms does not itself give SMS consent. You can request service without opting in to texts.
Texts from Sara, SNRG's AI assistant. Sara is the AI assistant to SNRG's owner, Geoff Montalvo. She texts SNRG's existing business clients, their staff, and business contacts Geoff works with, one to one, from (661) 766-5621, about meetings, scheduling, project status and requests, and replies to their messages. You agree to her texts in one of three ways: you text Sara first and reply YES when she asks if she may keep texting you; you check the separate, unchecked SMS box on a personal invite link SNRG emails you; or you tell Geoff directly that Sara may text you about meetings with Geoff, after being told the texts come from Sara, SNRG's AI assistant, at (661) 766-5621 (Sara may later ask by text to add projects, and only your YES adds them). Only you can agree for yourself: a coworker, manager or client cannot agree for you. Texts Sara starts are approved by Geoff first, and her texts are not promotional. Until the carrier registration for Sara's texts is approved, a yes told to Geoff is not used yet, and Sara may also start a meeting text, approved by Geoff, to someone who texted her first. - Program: SNRG Consulting, Inc. sends inquiry follow-ups, consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations, and project, account, or service updates related to services you requested. Sara, SNRG's AI assistant, texts about meetings, scheduling, project status and requests. Neither includes promotional texts.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. SNRG does not charge for the messages.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
- Help: reply HELP, email info@snrg.me, or call (661) 535-5344 for assistance.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Your privacy is covered by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
No guarantees
The site and any general information on it are provided "as is" without warranties. Marketing results vary by business, market, and budget, and nothing on the site is a guarantee of specific results, leads, or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SNRG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Services we deliver are governed by the separate agreement between us.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
