This Privacy Policy explains how SNRG Consulting, Inc. ("SNRG", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit snrg.me, contact us, submit a form, or call our phone line. By using our site or services, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you share when you submit a form, call us, or message us.
- Automatically collected: basic analytics such as pages viewed, referral source, approximate region, and ad campaign parameters (for example UTM tags), used to understand and improve our marketing.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about the services you asked about.
- To provide, operate, and improve our services.
- To contact you by phone or email about your request, appointments, and related updates. We send text messages only when you separately opt in to our SMS program.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website.
SMS and text messaging
The SNRG Consulting, Inc. SMS program covers inquiry follow-ups, consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations, and project, account, or service updates related to services you requested. To opt in, enter your mobile number and select the separate, optional SMS checkbox on our Map My Business form. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Providing a phone number, calling us, submitting the form, or accepting our Terms does not by itself authorize text messages. This program does not include promotional texts.
We collect your mobile number, your affirmative SMS consent choice, the disclosure shown to you, its version, and the date and time of consent to document your permission and deliver the messages you requested. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You can submit an inquiry without agreeing to texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving texts, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP, email info@snrg.me, or call (661) 535-5344. Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to reach us by phone or email. See our SMS program terms.
Mobile information and SMS consent: We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, mobile information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers to deliver messages and provide support solely on our behalf. All other information-sharing categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with third parties for their independent use.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate (for example email delivery, hosting, and telephony providers), only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law. Mobile information and SMS consent are excluded from advertising and marketing sharing, including with affiliates. Our service providers may process them only to deliver and support our own messaging program, not for their own marketing or promotional use.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS.
- Email info@snrg.me to ask what information we hold, to correct it, or to request deletion.
- Decline non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
