Pricing

Built to bring in the corner shop and the hundred-location brand.

The model is the same for everyone, the dollars just scale: a short discovery, a build and integration fee to stand it up, then you choose turnkey or managed. Below is the honest shape so you can budget before we ever talk. Numbers are starting points, the real quote follows the scope.

How an engagement works

Four steps, no mystery quote.

Every engagement runs the same path. The setup fees are explicit and the discovery fee is credited back if you move forward.

01

Free intro call

20 minutes to understand the business, the goal, and whether there is a real fit. No cost, no pitch.

02

Discovery & Mapping (setup fee)

A paid sprint: audit the leak, map the system, and deliver a plan with a fixed quote. Credited 100% toward the build if you proceed.

03

Build & Integration (setup fee)

The one-time stand-up: CRM, knowledge layer, workflows, website and integrations, QA, and launch.

04

Run it

Choose turnkey (you own and run it) or managed (SNRG runs, monitors, and improves it).

Setup fees, in the open

Discovery and integration, scaled to size.

Two one-time fees before anything recurring. Discovery is credited toward the build, so a serious buyer pays for strategy once, not twice.

Company sizeDiscovery & Mapping (credited to build)Build & Integration
Small
single location
$750$1,500 - $3,500
Medium
multi-location / established
$2,500$6,000 - $18,000
Large
franchise / enterprise
$5,000+$20,000+ HQ platform, plus per-location kits

Platform costs (SMS, phone, CRM, hosting, email, AI usage) are separate or bundled into a managed account. They are usually small next to the labor and the revenue recovered.

Pick how you run it

Turnkey or managed.

Same build quality either way. The difference is who runs it after launch, and how much you pay up front versus monthly.

Turnkey

We build it. You own and run it.

Best for teams with their own marketing or tech people who want control.

  • Higher one-time build, lower ongoing
  • Full handoff, documentation, and training
  • Optional light support and maintenance retainer
  • You hold the keys to every account and all the data

Support after handoff: from $250 - $500/mo, or self-managed.

Managed · recommended

We build it and run it with you.

Best for owners who want results without adding headcount.

  • Lower entry, a monthly retainer that scales with scope
  • Monitoring, tuning, campaigns, and reporting
  • Continuous optimization, not a one-time drop
  • You still own the system and data, we operate it

Monthly ranges by size are below.

Pricing by company size

A different model for each scale.

Small businesses want a clean package. Mid-size wants a scoped build plus a partner. Large brands want a platform they can roll out. So each gets the model that fits.

Small · single location

Productized package

from $750 discovery + $1,500 build
  • Fixed Starter / Growth / Pro packages
  • AI front desk, missed-call text-back, intake
  • Follow-up and reactivation, owner dashboard
  • Managed: $497 - $997/mo
  • Or turnkey with light support
Medium · multi-location

Scoped build + partner

from $2,500 discovery + $6,000 build
  • Custom build across web, CRM, ads, and AI
  • Dashboards, integrations, and quote workflows
  • Advertising efficiency and content systems
  • Managed: $1,500 - $3,500/mo
  • Or turnkey + maintenance
Large · franchise / enterprise

Platform + rollout

from $5,000 discovery + $20,000 platform
  • HQ brand platform and roll-up dashboard
  • Per-location launch kit, flat and repeatable
  • Rollout pricing that drops with location count
  • Managed: HQ $2,000 - $5,000/mo + $300 - $600/mo per location
  • Dedicated support and SLAs

These are starting ranges. The real quote follows the scope: channels, knowledge, risk, integrations, message volume, and how much ongoing support you want.

The pricing models

Four ways to structure it.

Most clients use one. Some blend two, like a managed retainer with a performance kicker.

Productized packages

Fixed setup plus a fixed monthly. Predictable and fast to buy. Best for single-location and standard use cases.

Scoped build + retainer

A custom build priced after discovery, then a managed monthly. Best for mid-size and anything genuinely custom.

Platform + per-location

Build the HQ platform once, then a flat kit per location with volume rollout pricing. Best for franchise and multi-location brands.

Performance / hybrid

A lower base plus a kicker per booked result, member, or recovered revenue. For clients who want shared upside. Offered selectively once tracking is clean.

What changes the price

The number follows the system, not a label.

Channels

How many to handle: web, text, calls, email, forms, campaigns.

Knowledge

How much the system must trust: products, prices, rules, docs, SOPs.

Risk

Quotes, compliance, approvals, and customer promises raise the bar.

Support

Light upkeep, or SNRG running campaigns and optimization every week.

Common questions

Straight answers.

Is the discovery fee refundable?

It is credited, which is better. The full discovery fee comes off your build if you proceed, so you only pay for strategy once. If you walk, you still keep the plan and the map.

Turnkey or managed, which should I pick?

If you have a capable team and want control, turnkey. If you want results without adding headcount, managed. Most owners start managed and some graduate to turnkey once it is humming.

Do I own the system?

Always. It lives in your CRM and your accounts. SNRG builds, and runs it if managed, but you are never locked out of your own system or data.

How does performance pricing work?

A lower base plus a kicker tied to a clean, agreed metric: booked appointments, new members, or recovered revenue. Offered once the tracking is trustworthy, so nobody argues over the numbers.

How fast is a first result?

The goal is something measurable in 30 days: more leads answered and booked, faster response, fewer missed calls, members won back, or a cleaner owner view of what is working.
